Joe Cole Absent Three Times

Liverpool announced will not appeal the red card sanctions received by Joe Cole, at the inaugural Premier League match against Arsenal 2010-2011, Sunday (15/08/2010). That way, Liverpool will be without Joe Cole was not in the next three Premier League games.

"Liverpool will not appeal the sanctions ban three games earned Joe Cole," Liverpool said in a statement.

"(Coach) Roy Hodgson said after the game that will analyze the incident before deciding next steps,"

"Liverpool are now choosing not to prolong the problem, which means Cole will miss the match against Manchester City, West Bromwich Albion and Birmingham City," they said.

Versus Arsenal game was Cole's first Premier League debut with Liverpool. Many people expect it to create delightful surprises.

Cole does create a surprise, but not pleasant. At minute 45, he violated defender Laurent Koscielny and direct red card by referee rewarded Martin Atkinson.

Hodgson did not intentionally violate the judge Cole Cole. However, he admitted to condone Atkinson's decision.

"Anyone who saw him play knows he is not someone who likes to do tekel hard," said Hodgson.

Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger, also agreed with Cole. According to him, Cole is not a player who will justify any means to get a victory.

"He is not the man I remembered as someone who would hurt others. That's not his style," said Wenger.
